We get an offer and plan a winning strategy to get a solid price. Once the contract is signed, I will help guide you through the inspection process.

Closing

I will make sure that the closing process is as smooth as possible. I will work hard behind the scenes with the buyer's agent and attorney. I will also coordinate with contractors, property managers and utility companies.
